Hello and welcome to Live Well, Eat Well. My name is Annabel Zbogar. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), qualified since graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2005.

As well as a professional in Natural Nutrition, I bring you personal experience and knowledge with the goal to provide weight loss tips on a daily basis using natural lifestyle methods.

This method worked for me to lose 60lbs shortly after the turn of the millennium. I have, for the last 12 years, been able to maintain this new weight since my lifestyle habits have been changed forever. This included 2 pregnancies!

From January 1 – December 31 2013, I pledged to post an inspiring message each day on this blog. Every day I was able to maintain this despite challenges over the course of the year. During this time, I began to realize the importance of the 3rd component towards being able to manage a healthy weight and body. Overcoming the emotional aspect that drives our food choices. As a result, this blog is divided into 3 main areas:

Diet;
Exercise and;
Mindfulness

A fourth section that I feel strongly about is Zoë’s Kitchen. Zoë is my 5 year old daughter who helps me with this  section dedicated in teaching children how to prepare meals, a skill vital for the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle through their, and their own children’s lives.
